PG listing standards

Listings must help searchers understand what is genuinely available and who is responsible for the property.

Accuracy and authority

• Publish only properties you own, manage, or are authorised to represent.
• Use the correct property name, address, map location, room type, price, deposit, availability, and contact details.
• Clearly disclose material restrictions, additional charges, and important house rules.

Photos and descriptions

Use recent, relevant images of the actual property. Do not use misleading edits, unrelated stock photos, copied content, or claims that cannot be supported.

Duplicates and contact conduct

Avoid duplicate or keyword-stuffed listings. Do not use enquiries for spam, unrelated marketing, harassment, or unsafe payment requests.

Review and removal

WantPG may request evidence, correct presentation issues, pause, reject, or remove a listing that appears inaccurate, unsafe, unauthorised, duplicated, or inconsistent with platform policies.
